Alot is said that we struggle without Sako and I am not arguing that we are not a better force without. Sako is on his day a class player. He provides a different option and is the one player who can turn a game on its head, as he has shown. The point of this thread though is that I want to argue with the consensus that we have no attacking threat, or aren't as capable of going on and winning games without Sako. As I say, almost 10 times out of 10 I do want Sako in the team and I am not looking to criticise him in anyway, I just wanted to show people this stat just for future sake more than anything, especially going into the next few weeks and arguably after the summer. Call it a peace of mind thing. Now I want to state straight away these are only broad stats, these type of things can always be translated in which you want and I can mention games where he has single handedly won us points - however, this is Wolves record throughout the last 2 years without Sako in the side. This does not include cup fixtures and is games when he has not appeared on the pitch (he may have been on the bench for example) 2013/2014 Played 11 Won 9 Draw 2 Lost 0 2014/2015 Played 4 Won 2 Draw 2 Lost 0 Overall Played 15 Won 11 Draw 4 Lost 0 Do we rely on him as much as we think we do?
