So if it's not a automatic place it's Wembley not Cardiff for the play off final

Wem-ber-ley! Wem-ber-ley!
We're all p***ed up
And the wolves are going up,
Wem-ber-ley! Wem-ber-ley!

Although I'm trying to remain open minded, I would sooner have gone to Cardiff.

That's good! Now, if we don't go up automatically then I only have to:
Get a ticket for the play-off final
Get a flight to the U.K.
Convince the wife that I should go

Hmmmm, was it Meatloaf who said "two out of three aint bad"?

The thing is nothing can replace that day and if we did go back again to Cardiff it wouldn't be the same.

Nothing to do with that day. Everything to do with me thinking Wembley as a surrounding area is a dump, whereas Cardiff offers a little more in making a weekend of things. Scratch that. A LOT more.
(Though I do think we're tempting fate here people. There's a lot of football to play).

Have you ever been to Wembley with Wolves ?

Nothing better including Millenium, Wembley is special so special

And London as a city is far nicer than Cardiff...

Serpa Van 88. I know it was nearly an eternity ago football wise, but have been to Wembley a couple of times since, and the surrounding area is still not that nice and, for me, spoils the occassion. London does have great places, but Wembley isn't one of them.
Cardiff was great, local amenities, restaurants, bars, cafe's, nice walks etc ( I know, sounding a bit camp now!!), all in walking distance of stadium, but as I said, I'll remain open minded.
