Not a big club.

Growing.

But not fleecing fans.

It can be done.

I am unsure, except for interest, what the relevance of ST prices in a wholly different league in a wholly different country where average wages are lower has to do with us. Price comparisons with other PL clubs are very different.

There is a 20 -25& difference in UK and Spanish average salries.

Also, don't forget the PL is the richest league in the world so if they wanted to lower ST prices any club could.

But they don't.

Just saying what a small no fashionable club can do.

If they wish.

We make excuses for our clubs.

Can you show me that calculation please.

How much is your season ticket? v the equivalent at Villareal?
Oh look, you found another angle to whinge on and on and on and on about our ST prices....

Perhaps uncoincidentally you just happened to pick a "random" club in Spain which has some of the lowest ST prices in the league.

This might offer some context.

its quite simple
(the cost of a Villarreal season ticket) + (flights from Brum to valencia x16)

versus

(cost of wolves season ticket) + (my fuel from sedgley x20)

For clarity i assumed Villarreal have 16 home games, i actually have no idea

hope this helps

Only on MM can you say this club is doing great season ticket prices and then sit back and watch as people don't ask why or how they can

Except this season ticket includes games up to the qf in the cup, qualifing stages and group games in europe.

still think it'd even out when you factor in flights and hotels for those annoying kick off times when you just cant make the return flight the same night...

You also have no idea of the number of home games that wolves have

Tbf you could probably fly to valencia and back cheaper than some wolves fans pay in petrol every home game easily.

Did you bother to read the article?

They are keeping prices low because some of those games are being played at Levante's ground which is nearly an hour away. Will be nearly half I think.

If Fosun did up Molineux and still charged people ST prices for us ground sharing with Leicester, I doubt the reaction would be a positive one

To be fair they’d probably charge extra because of having to hire their ground. And then do a coach at £40 return *no alcohol on board.

I’m sure if you looked at other leagues you’ll find other random clubs with good prices. You’ll also find clubs that charge more. It’s irrelevant.

If you simply want to pay less for your season ticket go and support someone based on their season ticket prices. The German league also has cheap tickets.

Don’t come with “ one pack “ PR messages then.

Everybody should have a point when they question things.

Or do we just keep handing out cash ver as it’s Wolves. ( aka Fosun investment)

What a ridiculous comparison.
Why not go the whole way and compare our prices to ASK Dragoa from the Angolan National League where people get entry with a bag of corn???

No one forced you to buy a season ticket and there is no devine right to have the cheapest tickets either.

Erm, different country, smaller economy, higher unemployment particularly amongst the younger generation, lower general wages, lower player wages, lower match day costs: policing etc etc.
I’m surprised you didn’t critique your comparison yourself before posting.

About 20% difference in average Spanish to U.K. economy.

Other Spanish teams charge big money?

Not sure what younger generation has to do with it as older Villarreal fans get cheaper tickets too?

Why are match day costs lower?

So your happy for players, management and owners to keep earning more even though gu that will mean dearer tickets?

Sorry but don’t get a lot of your arguments.

The ratio in ticket prices is 5,6,7 or more times cheaper.

It’s down to owners choice.

Simple as.

Fosun raised prices again for an extra 1 million pound.

You obviously don’t understand simple economics.
I’ve also just realised you started the ‘last fifteen transfers’ thread.
Did you just wake up this morning and decide to be a WUM.

Don’t challenge Fosun.

Pay and accept.

I hope they prove me wrong.

Prove you wrong in what sense?

The first 3 seasons ( mainly the season we went up ) they didn’t go crazy but showed an ambition to move forward.

The last 15 transfers have been really poor and snack to me of making money instead of trying to get as high up the table as possible.

We’re we really in for Botman, Sanches, Nunes etc? I’d say no.

We are constantly trying to unearth hidden gems with resale value.

They seem happy building a brand and making the club rise in value rather than creating a team to win things. Or try to win things.

If that is the case and it’s just my view then constantly riding ticket pricing without trying to win things is wrong.

We do t have to agree.

I’ve read that same disclaimer in hundreds, if not, thousands of the childish moaning posts.
‘Fosun are ****, we’ll be relegated, no signings, Fosun out, Shi and Sellars useless, etc etc etc blah blah blah - but I hope I’m proved wrong’
As if that makes up for the absolute **** they’ve made up or said about the club. Like it shows they’re really a superfan with only the club’s best interests at heart. It’s *******s.
I read some of the vitriol and bile on this forum and doubt very much if they even support the club. It seems they use it as their one and only source of satisfaction in their lives. It’s like the husband who is always looking for clues that his wife is cheating on him, until sooner or later, his wife meets someone else and leaves him because of his controlling behaviour.
They’re all ****ing mental.
