Thanks for that. Found a way to watch...just in time to watch the Dominican Republic score :(

1-0 after 11 minutes.

Surprised Lembikisa not involved

Edit:-
Finished 1-0. Roberts hardly had a touch all game but on the rare occasion he did he looked good.

Re Lembikisa, he hasn’t been involved for any of the games. Not sure if he’s picked up a knock or whether there are just preferred players ahead of him

Good job. I will prob try and get to Salop and Vale

Any idea when the fixtures will be played?

Group games will be cAugust 31st, Sept 21st, October 19th give or take a day

Specific dates for each match not released yet as the draw was only made this morning… Wolves are AWAY for each match though

First two Papa Johns / Wolves u21s fixtures announced:

Shrewsbury away = 30th August KO 7pm
Stockport away = 20th September KO 7:30pm

Port Vale still to be announced, however by default is likely to be c.19th October

Shrewsbury away is the same day the first team are at Bournemouth. That’s unfortunate.

From what I've seen from watching our u23's, and after watching last night, he's better than any of Jamaica's other u20 players IMHO.

Will have an adverse impact on our first team subs bench or we play the juniors in the PJ cup

Dominic Plank is joining the u18s this season from my hometown club Dorking Wanderers..... will be keeping an eye out for him in the future
That’s the lad that had a trial earlier this season isn’t it?

From two that have signed to one that potentially got away…. Mitchell Frame who we are supposed to have been one of a number of clubs to offer terms to, has chosen to stay at Celtic

How strong will these u21 and u18 squads be seeing as quite a few will be with the first team? We havent even signed a player for the u21's as far as I am aware.

Good move for both I think. Shabani has had rotten luck with injuries. I would imagine we’ve got a decent buy back or sell on sorted too.

Let me guess, first refusal, a nice low buy-back fee and a bloody big sell-on clause? How to circumvent the new loan rules....

Are we going to be able to field an U23 team with anyone older than 18?

Good to see Dylan scicluna back at the club.
Where’s he been and is he any good - apologies never heard of him.

I’d forgotten about Longwijk as well, be interesting to see where he is after his loan. I’d expect another loan but know he’s highly rated.

He went back to Australia for a bit during COVID times (although think it might have been family reasons and just coincidental with the time). He and his brother Lucas were highly thought of… Dylan made his Wolves u18 debut at the age of 13

I wonder where nigel lonwijk will go?Very impressed with the way Fortuna Sittard used him.
I hope we tie corbeanu and lonwijk to long term contracts.

A bit surprise the club still havent announced the new scholars yet and havent even updated the u18 and u23 squad lists. The academy page is dreadful.

Is Lucas still at the club, is he older or younger?
