Palace got better to be fair.

Eze is a very good technical player but they miss Gallagher off the ball against the bigger teams. He was like a man possessed in some games, constantly running and closing people down. Don't get that from Eze, so in games when Palace don't have the ball as much they won't be as effective.

Arsenal looked very sharp at the start of the game, and the passing amongst their forwards was very good. Hasn’t looked as good since and the game is more balanced. Arsenal might be the kind of team which gives away points from a leading position.

Spit is the most lazy so called expert. “Arsenal have been excellent tonight”, after they score a second through an own goal. If he’d actually watched the game, Arsenal looked good for about 15-20 mins first half. Took the lead, and then Palace worked their way into it. Second half, Palace were on top, but not capable of taking advantage, and then Arsenal get a second against the run of play through a deflected own goal. Carragher, you’re a lazy scouse prat.

Really? I thought they were reminiscent of us from the last 2 seasons. Start poorly and go behind. Rally, concede another and lose without scoring.

Zaha is obviously quality but Gallagher is such a big miss. I don't think palace will necessarily be in the mix for relegation, but I'd be very surprised if they finish top half.

Palace like us: lacking that one player in midfield. A different sort of player, but a similar issue. I reckon they'll be okay again though.
