I haven't renewed yet but I probably will because my daughter will insist on it. If it was up to me alone, I wouldn't bother. It's not so much the prices themselves, I am fortunate enough to be able to afford it, but it's the level of increase for kids and disabled supporters that has got to me. It seems so unnecessarily antagonistic for little actual financial gain.

If I understand correctly, and please someone correct me if I am wrong, children now have to have their own phone to have their season ticket on it. Maybe the 133% increase incudes a free phone. No, I thought not.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to renew even at these extortionate prices but I won't - the % increases just stink and the match day experience isn't what it once was.

I first starting going to games in the mid 90 when I was a kid, and I've been hooked ever since. Today's pricing decision effectively shrinks the potential pool of next generation fans.

This may be fine for Fosun if they are lining us up for sale - getting what they can makes commercial sense and who cares about the short term negative PR. But if they are in it for the longer term (either by choice or due to a lack of buyer) it's problematic.

Football is cyclical - we won't be a Premiership team forever and selling those seats again won't be easy when we no longer are witnessing the "best product". Judging by how the last few months have gone, this may be problem which comes up much earlier than Fosun forsee...

The move to smart phones? Yes. Whether you can have multiple on one device, I do not know.

There must be some provision, unless Shi believes that the Equality Act does not apply to the club, for reasonable adjustments for disabled fans. If there aren't the Equality Commission will come down on the club like a tonne of bricks....

The renewal email seemed to say it will be a phased rollout of mobile tickets sometime next season. Could be either mobile or card before a full switch?

Voted probably yes, but I am genuinely torn on this. Can probably afford it and want to go to the games but feel like we are being taken advantage of and you have to draw the line somewhere.
Feel angry and sad that many of us are being priced out. Really no need for it.

I think I would leave the "probably yes", "probably no" options out of the poll and just have undecided. If there's any glimmer of a chance that the backlash will force some kind of climb down by Fosun, then a combination of no's and undecided might just resonate somewhere?

On the fence at the moment. Already decided next season would be the last we had season tickets. On principle I'm all for not renewing her indoors wants to renew.
Ditched away games 2 seasons ago and quickly realised how time consuming and expensive it had become.
This season stands to cost a minimum of £2200 for season tickets and travel from Norfolk, inevitably more when food and drink are added. Sadly once we stop can't see us paying the membership tax for tickets.
