Rangers have been offered the chance to bring Harry Winks to Ibrox this summer, with 90min reporting that several Premier League sides also want the midfielder.
Winks is looking set to leave Tottenham Hotspur in this window. He has been pushed further down the pecking order in North London following the arrival of Yves Bissouma.

He struggled for game-time during the second-half of last season. Nevertheless, several top-flight clubs in England want the 26-year-old.
90min reports that five Premier League clubs want to sign Winks from Spurs. But it is also added that Antonio Conte’s men have offered the England international to Rangers.

It is not clear whether the Gers would be interested in signing Winks. However, Rangers have shown that they are prepared to surprise many in the transfer market having signed Aaron Ramsey in January.
It is hard to see Rangers pursuing a deal for Winks, unless Tottenham are open to the Scottish side taking him on loan.
Reports have suggested that Spurs want £20 million for the academy graduate. But even a figure of £15 million – which has also been mooted – would represent a pretty large outlay for the Europa League finalists.
Winks would have the potential to be a really exciting signing if a deal was possible. There have been times when he has really shone for Spurs.
Mauricio Pochettino previously labelled him an ‘amazing‘ player. And he would potentially thrive at Ibrox where he could get onto the ball more and look to dictate play.
But surely, the Light Blues are not going to spend £15 million on Winks this summer. And with that, a Premier League move looks to be a lot more likely.
