Thanks mateThat guy.
Didn't Percy say we have ended our interest in Dia....
Wolves response will be “we’ve ordered an Uber and he’ll be there shortly”!Villarreal have set their sights on signing Wolverhampton Wanderers' Gonçalo Guedes in the winter market, according to Radio Marca, relayed by Estadio Deportivo.
The winger moved to Wolves in 2022 and after struggling in the first few months, he joined Benfica on loan in January, before his temporary stay there was extended in the last window.
Villarreal have won three league games and have parted ways with two managers this season. They appointed Marcelino García Toral as their new coach earlier this week.
The manager needs reinforcements in January and his new side are preparing a 'bombshell', to sign the Wolves owned player in the winter market.
At Benfica, the Portugal international has been restricted to 159 minutes of action from seven games this season, largely due to his recovery from a knee injury. The 26-year-old 'looks for a way out' and the La Liga side are ready to open their door for him.
It's claimed the Yellow Submarine intend to take the Wolves man on loan and also take care of his wages. Marcelino knows Guedes well as he managed him when they were at Valencia.
The new coach has given his approval to sign the attacker and the latter would welcome a move back to La Liga.
The report doesn't mention Wolves' stance on the possibility of ending Guedes' stay at Benfica and then sending him on loan to Villarreal.
Reports this week in Portugal have insisted Guedes will stay for the full season.

Stick a sell-on clause in too. Given that he seems to be one of those players unsuited to the PL who does well elsewhere that could net us some more cash downstream.20m done and dusted c ya later
Good idea hope yam reading it hobbsyStick a sell-on clause in too. Given that he seems to be one of those players unsuited to the PL who does well elsewhere that could net us some more cash downstream.
Well he’s doing ok for Benfica so must still have some decent value on his head. He scored goals for us too. Just his attitude and not wanting to be here really must of miffed JL to exile him. Out the door with Podence and Fabio show us the cash to get better players I sayHopefully it's a loan with obligation to buy.
Merry gew around ay itCould definitely be somat in Guedes to Villarreal.....his former Valencia has just took over the managers job....
Sort it out Jorge....
Is he? One goal in 16 games, and just four games this season. That doesn't sound great to me. I'd happily take anything close to £20m.Well he’s doing ok for Benfica so must still have some decent value on his head. He scored goals for us too. How many of those were starts? Is he? One goal in 16 games, and just four games this season. That doesn't sound great to me. I'd happily take anything close to £20m.
No idea but 4 games this season doesn't scream "doing ok".How many of those were starts?
Got a sneaky feeling he may be the one we go for given GON links and he is exactly what we need.I’d get solanke
I am still struggling to get past Mullin. 100 goals in 140 games is phenomenalI know I'm getting boring but we've got to get a between the posts CF in January, even if we need to sell Silva to do it. When you watch Haarland, Watkins, Wilson they're right there between the posts where they get their goals, not out on the wing or in mf where our 'strikers' tend to roam.
Being nursed back after a major injury rather like Sasa here.No idea but 4 games this season doesn't scream "doing ok".
Don’t be silly hahaPer the latest Johnny Philips article, we are only looking for a 9 and winger this January.
Hope we get the deals done early, so they have time to bed in.

If that was true at all, you’d have to take the money![]()
Wolves expect £40m interest for 'outstanding' player from Saudi Pro League
Huge decision... Would you sell or keep?www.molineux.news
Sell all day long.If that was true at all, you’d have to take the money
Agreed, but £40m is more than enough for a new keeper, with significant change for another player. If £40m is on offer we need to snatch their hands off for it!£40m is a lot of money, we’d need a really good replacement though, goalkeeper is such an important position and has evolved so much in recent years.
For £40M? Hell yes. That would be around £32M profit and massively handy for FFP purposes.Sell all day long.
Agreed and l had the same thought. Indeed we could do worse, if the price was right, than to sign him permanently.Ramsdale on loan.....get a new keeper in the summer ..
Another short term option De Gea. 6 month deal...Agreed and l had the same thought. Indeed we could do worse, if the price was right, than to sign him permanently.
