But all you are saying is that we strengthened and that is proved by the fact that they bought players. You are failing to assess whether on balance, with departing players, we were strengthened overall.

Sorry Stu I don’t like feeling unhappy with players but Donk for me plays 1 good game in 10. And the other 9 he is absolutely dire. Of course we might still get worse, but Neves would benefit so much by having more bite mobility but with someone who can pass and play around him too. Good squad...

I do think Neves would be so much better and more creative with Palhinha in midfield. I don’t understand why he is being perceived as a direct replacement for Neves? They are very different midfielders.
