Probably same team, as for 70 mins they did pretty well. Personally I think we need to give SEB time against Spurs/Chelsea as he's our only natural goal scorer and we need him firing.

Han
Zubes..Craddock..Berra...Ward(would be happy with Elokobi)
Jones...Henry...Milijas....Jarvis
Doyler...SEB

I'd like to see:

Hanners

Foley-Zubar-Berra-Ward

Mujangi-Guedioura-Henry-Jones-Jarvis

Doyle

Two proper wingers to supply the front man, and players in their proper positions. Not asking for much is it?

Have also replaced Craddock with Zubar. Nothing against Craddock, but how long can we go on conceding goals? Something needs changing. Also, will deal with the pace of Defoe better than Craddock.

Hunt would have been lovely, but we have to make do with what we've got!

Would love to see Mendeiz Lang given a game on the right....will never happen though.

Really? I think that was the problem. Even if Doyle doesn't score in a game, he is bringing other people in to the game, creating and working hard. Not sure I'd say the same about SEB unfortunately.

Tut, tut. That's not allowed in a 4-5-1. Do keep up.

I cant believe some people are putting teams up without Zubar in the back 4.

He has been our best defender by a mile the last few games.

Apart from the penalty he gave away against Hull and the near penalty he gave away against Blues you mean?

He's a liability.

Zubar always makes one major blunder per game. We worry about him and his concentration levels.

My team would be.
Hanneman

Foley Stearman Berra mancienne

Bai Gardiolas Henry Jarvis

Doyle Hoff

Hoff has scored two goals in a friendly so i thought it might be worth giving him a go and hopefully he could improve.

No someone who appreciates the game, you thought Berra played badly Sunday.
IMHO that preclude anything you say from being of interest/true.

My thinking behind that comment was I am not sure he is up to speed. He looked slow when tracking back with Carr. I would like to see how he does speed wise in training.

LMAO right footed cenre half on the left and side. Berra was our best centre half saturday, you keep saying Berra is slow yet he outpaced Benitez more than once. They put Jerome against Craddock, because they could not have him against Berra.

So in other words, what you're saying is you cannot have a centre half partnership if both are right-footed? Clueless.

I didn't even notice which side i'd put them, change them around if it makes you feel better.

By the way, we played Sunday not Saturday and Berra was not our best defender. But what do i know, i haven't analysed the defensive performance to death on my Sky+ with my hands down my trousers like you.

Both are right footed and we need balance. s soon as a right footed centre half made a challenge on the left with his right foot and gave a pen away you would be screaming about $$$$ing clueless Mick.
Name me once when Berra was done Sunday ? Benitez who he marked did not have a kick the only chance Berra had was the header and that was because Berra was marking Dann.

You could not analyse football because TBH you don't understand or know the game.

Best two centre half partnerships in the premier league are Terry and Alex/Carvalho, and
Ferdinand and Vidic, All 5 players are predominantly right footed.
