A free holiday with each season ticket!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...wn/8498400.stm

Beat that Jeff!

Whilst trawling for price comparisons last year, I noticed a few clubs doing something like that (not quite a holiday, but usually little perks at local businesses), yet this is something we always seem to miss out on. We had the free entry to the Black Country museum a few years back, but nothing since?

Any suggestions what we could do (serious ones?)

What about free entry to first 2 or 3 home cup games?

Why not free entry into a weekly draw to win let's say £1000 - has to be claimed on the day of the match (i.e. season ticket holder / book needs to be present) if not it rolls over - other prizes could be sponsored by Wolves Travel etc.

I know Watford used to do a scheme where supports who lived further afield got discounts depending on the length they would travel.

E.g. 50-100 miles = £25 quid

101-200 miles = £50 quid

201-400 miles = £75 quid.

So supporters close to home weren't discriminated, they could do a scheme where the club offered discounts to those who travel to Molineux in a green way e.g. by the bus, train, walking etc.

Derby's sponsors buymobilephones were offerring a season ticket as a free gift on mobile phone contracts as an alternative to the usual Wii/Playstation/Laptop

Maybe we could have £100 put in sporting bet accounts.

Not a good idea. Jeff would rig the games.

You just know we'll just get the usual cobblers.

Buying a Season Ticket is the most economical way to enable supporters to watch all 19/23 (delete as appropriate) home games for the 2010/11 season blah di blah.
