Gary Cahill

Bolton defender out for the season with a blot clot on his arm.

Every little helps and this will push them even closer to the drop zone.

Burnley, Bloton and Pompey to go down

Horrible thread this. Sign of desperation when we're relying on other teams players to die.

Why? For the last 6 weeks we've been relying on other teams to lose.

Of course we are desperate. We are not good enough to stay up with out some serious slices of luck.

And although blood clots can kill people once found and treated they are pretty harmless.

I had a blood clot on my lung last year and the pain and amount of blood i coughed up until it was discovered was not a pretty sight but i was fine a few days after once i started my treatment.

The reason why he is out for a long time is because they have to keep his blood thin enough for the next 3/6 months to make sure the clot does not return.

Due to his blood being dangerously thin he wont be able to play any contact sports.

Is Mark Davies still injured? He was in Pool Hayes recently looking at a house to buy.

Yeah, it's still there, run by Indians now. Well it was the last time I was there. The food is fantastic. Get $$$$ faced, order a curry in the bar, go home, sorted.
