Doesn't seem harsh to me. Connor has been deluded and inept and should be told in no uncertain terms by Morgan and Moxey that there is no hope of him being retained in the summer.

Morgan is a good chairman who has made some bad decisions.

Venky's are beyond bad. If Blackburn go down, I think their fire sale will make Birmingham's seem moderate.

Time for a new start

1. We need to add a Director of Football who can advise the board on football matters, maybe John Richards, Graham Taylor or the guy who recently left Sunderland
2. We need a manager that will inspire the players, make them want to stay and fight their way back to the Premier League, the likes of a Martin O Neil who I really dont know......need help here guys!!
3. We need a TEAM of coaches not one or two. We need a defensive coach like tomorrow, a forwards coach, a tactics guy and a deadball guy. Get in Butch Wilkins for starters
4. We need to build a scouting network that covers Europe and Africa not just Ireland. This should be a priority for the DOF
5. We need to let go of a few
6. We need to refresh with a few
7. We need to shoot Rodge the Bodge and any others with his attitude

The KEY is the manager BUT a close second is the DOF

We all know that TC is not the right man for the job. I never have been a fan of him.

What would be a joke would be TC leading us into next season just because the fans didnt show their dissapproval.

Moxey and Morgan gambled with our survival this season. They tried to do it on the cheap and it has backfired big time.

I wouldnt put it past them to do it again next season! Especially with him securing our first clean sheet in 31 games, and acting like it was a massive result for us.

Thats way before McCarthy joined and turned the club round from the $$$$ position it was wallowing in.

Connor must have been part of the problem, and I think it is time for him to go.

The last two I can accept but he is so poor and making himself look such a fool every time he does an interview even his family must cringe. As for MM, well if they can't see what a massive $$$$ up they've made they don't deserve to have anything to do with football full stop.
