Is today classed as a Bank Holiday? Just wondering as id prefer to dump my car for free in town than walk all the way to west park after?

may i also remind anyone who usually parks around the old charles clarke showroom place in chapel ash that it is now all fenced off so you can't park in front or behind it anymore.
