Tonight, well this is a big one for them and us. Have we shot ourselves in the foot this weekend by again failing to beat a team in the lower half of the division and gain those "oh so crucial points" over Preston? Is Preston good enough to continue the way they are and pip us for 6th place? Is it all going to go down to the game between us and Preston to decide which on of us should go into the playoffs? Lets not forget also we have the "Red Dragon" riding our shirt tails, Cardiff are not out of it either.

it's pretty embarrassing sat here hoping for a Crewe win over Preston so that our mis-firing rabble can get within 3 points of 6th spot in an utterley awful league.

Crewe had a good win on Saturday. With a bit of luck they are hitting some form.

I think that sums up why Hoddle has to go.
Crewe could win 5-0 and we still wouldn't catch Preston. We've scored 1 goal or less over 30 times this season.

I'm not a stats driven type but that is bloody appalling. What the hell is hoddle taking from that prozone thingand his own eyeballs??
Yes good chances went begging early on but surely GH could pin point something other than poor luck in front of goal..................i don't know.........maybe formation??

at the end of the day it should have been in our hands and nobody elses, i feel that were clutching at straws and if and a big if we do manage to reach the play offs can you see us beating the likes of watford,palace and leeds ??? i cant . the dream is over for another season imo

The thing is SB that is exactly what we'd probably do if we got there. Not that we will of course.
