Interesting shout - they could do a proper 'All You Good Good People' type anthem, and then a sad downbeat 'Fireworks' type track for the bside for when we get knocked out! England and Scotland have regularly hit their musical nadir and gone on to achieve $$$$ all in the tournament. I haven't exactly noticed Ronaldo and Co beating down a studio door to record their latest magnum opus. Perhaps we could concentrate on getting the team right rather than having the likes of Rooney struggling for middle C whilst ghost writing his rival to War and Peace. Will you not care, or will you be dissapointed that choosing to be a glory hunter has backfired In my case I'll watch England games from the comfort of my lounge, the phrase "following" them was to be taken literally, I won't go to Germany to watch them, because a large minority of fans are xenophobic right wing bigots who'd annoy me, and life's too short to be annoyed. So, for me, yes I want them to win, and I hope they do. In general, yes, they would be a "glory hunter", but what's wrong with that? They'd also have the advantage of being able to support England too, and anyone else who was doing well.
