what makes it even sweeter is that albion deserved to get something from that game, and i would have lost £27 if it had been a draw, cheers keano

He always does it against the Boggies, did he run over to the A****n fans and give them some stick again?

A very good question seeing as he was through on goal.

They go on the 'covering defender rule'. So let me get this right, if you've only got the keeper to beat and you're brought down it's a sending off. However, if the Keeper brings you down with only a defender to beat it's not.

I particularly liked Keano's comment in the post match interview that he couldn't care less about Champions League football he was just happy that his two goals could condemn the Stripeys to Champion..ship football!

Spot on Jack and even though the keeper can use his hands FIFA still class a defender being able to do a better stopping job. Yet again any stupid rule in football and don't start me on the off the pitch injury rule. Just look at the temperatures raised on Saturday with Ali stood on the touchline like a plum:mad:

I got my message on 'Fanzone' last night for the first time and it was paying tribute to Keano for scoring the unexpected equaliser. It was running along the bottom of the screen as the penalty was won and as he cooly dispatched it into the net

As I saw it the bloke had taken the ball of the GK and was ahead of him when the GK started the foul from behind. His actions clearly stopped a very good goal scoring chance so he should have gone.
This covering defender stuff only confuses issues because there is no gaurantee the defender will stop a goal.Whilst accepting there is also no gaurantee the forward will score surely the fact he is through on goal having beaten the GK and is then fouled means he should get the benefit of any decision.

Never is the small-time nature of Wolves revealed more clearly than in this clinging to a player that left the club years ago and who, in reality, doesn't give a stuff about Wolves. I see you get your premiership football vicariously these days.

So we just need a repeat of Wolves consecutive relegations to put you where you belong - a small-time club living off past glories and hanging on pathetically to players that left ages ago and haven't looked back.

True. He does seem to have his head rather deep in the sand.

We'll be exactly were we belong at the end of the season. Seventh in the CCC. You on the other hand will be pathetically clinging to a league that doesn't want you and you have never made a serious attempt to stay in
Still I bet Bryan will be great at this level. Can't wait to see him fail

And never is 'no-mates' TTK's obsession with us more clearly illustrated than when he can't resist coming on here and commenting on it.

to be fair - our resident baggie does actually bring a lot of colour to this board.
it would be a poorer place without someone to join the banter
