Paul Gregory was always seeking attention at school, I saw on Saturday that nothing has changed.
Always remember going to a few Wolves away matches with him in the 70's on Doreen's coaches, he even went to Eindhoven....then changed to Wednesday.

Why bother? he certainly doesn't watch the match. Wonder if he went for a drink up the town after the match, hmmm?

He's a fat fool. Still, if he wants to spend £30 on a match ticket so he can look at the South Bank all afternoon, good luck to him.

He was up the North Bank end. I don't have a problem with him, the banter is in good spirits.

Speaking of after the game i noticed a bit of trouble outside the university. Got the impression it could have been Wolves fans fighting amongst themselves, anyone else see this?

He did move down to the South Bank end later though.

I don't have a problem with him, I just don't understand why you'd spend that amount of money to get into a football ground then not watch the game.

Unless there were two of him he was stood in the corner of the Steve Bull nearest the South Bank.

He was actually going from one end to the other - to wave at both the north and south banks...wanted all of W-ton to see him, my lad found his antics more entertaining than the match.

if it's the same bloke i think your on about, then he's alrite!

Earlier on in the season at Hillsborough, I didnt get into the ground for being 'drunk' and the people I was with got nicked which left me with no way of getting back to Wolverhampton after the game.

He made sure that I got on to his coach to Wolves after sitting in a Sheff Wed pub for ages - He said his name was Tango, so i'm guessing it's the same bloke!?!

Could be completely wrong though, I normally am :P

Yeah I saw a lot going off in the Subway. Was definitely Wolves and SheffW fans. Carried on for a while and certainly up to by the Varsity.

The pleasant Wolves lads took to kicking some old man when he was on the ground. Brave lads!

Yeah I seen something happening, but didn't stick around long enough to see it all, my mate was waiting to give me a lift home :D

There was still trouble going on up round the Varsity/Royal London at 9pm.

Is this the same 'Tango Man' that sat bare-chested in the stand in freezing February during that 4th round penalty shoot-out with Wednesday in 1995? He was also on Badiel and Skinner's 'Fantasy Football' about the same time as a curiosity item. I remember him saying he was a Wednesday fan although he was from Wolvo, and that 'Wolves am gooin up the Prem this yee-ar' to Skinner :D

I walked up the hill towards the coach park by Tango Man, at the top a couple of Wolves fans said they knew where he lived and would be waiting at the end of the street for him. To which he replied "You'll be there a long time i'm off on holiday tonight" Made me giggle:)

Presumably he's not worried about informing total strangers who know where he lives that his house will be empty for a couple of weeks, then?

Thick and fat.
