that's good because I expected Ferencvaros to want him for their UEFA cup tie.
Maybe they are resigned to losing him?

Can't help noticing how the small picture of Sir Bobby Robson below the main article looks like Grizzled's head on his avatar!

At least we'll get a chance for a proper look at him now, with a bit of
luck. He sounded promising if a bit nervous by most accounts the other
night.

One's a slightly befuddled old codger, who doesn't always get the names right but is tolerated and respected by all.
The other's the former manager of Newcastle.

I've read it twice and I'm still not sure if he's been given permission or not!

A bit of good news if true, although the report is not entirely clear. However, it is all sounding a bit like DJ's trialists who you always knew we would never sign and who were never given enough time to impress in the rush before the season started. Hopefully this will be different. Just wish we were really going for it with someone like Gardner. I doubt very much he is one of the 'mystery targets' unfortunately.

Hopefully he'll get enough games under his belt against fairly decent?? opponents that will let GH see enough to know if he's worth keeping.

When I first read he was wanted back in Hungary I had visions of GH possibly and propably having to make a decision well after the season had started. Hopefully this way he will get to make that decision sooner than later.

Absolutely, this way we get to know next week what the score is, here's hoping he has a fantastic tournament
