A crowd of uswere discussingCC at half-time yesterday. Is he really acting on Hodgod's orders when he plays most ofthe gameon the right wing, or is he staying out there because it's easier to hide in that position? Either way it doesn't seem to make much sense and nobody I spoke to could think of a good footballing reason for this strange tactic.

Any footballing geniuses out there who can explain......Hodgod are you on line?

perhaps he thinks he's more effective out there as there are no crosses into the box anyway

It still doesn't make a lot of sense, as we end up with a 6ft 6in Bambi on ice on the right-wing wing and various midgets trying to outjump opposing centre-backs.

I dont think he is a natural striker. My theory is that hewas there puta lot of years agobecause of his size.

I also think he hides a little ...some may say he drifts out to the wing and others may say he hides there but it amounts to the same thing when the high cross comes in - he aint there

I think he drifts there most of the time. Mainly it's because he chests/controls the ball in that direction. Then by the time he's layed it off he's nearer the touchline than the box and in no position to catch up with play.

Problem is, there's such a lack of options if he controls it the other way, that he'd probably give the ball away.

He likes Bambi on ice when hes trying to control/run with the ball on the wing.
