Seeing as the HC debate rambles on I've started this latest poll so as folks can say their bit and vote as to whether HC should play if he stays etc. Doesn't matter whether you hate the bloke, loath him with a passion and detest the very fact he's still at Molineux, all that matters is that you vote and make comment, if so wished, as to whether the club should or shouldn't make the most of him whilst he stays.
All that needs to be taken into account is that if the transfer window closes and he is still here we are stuck with him for a while longer whatever.
Sorry about the options but seeing as you only get 4 there isn't a lot more I could ask really.
Make use of his talent in my opinion, if we want to get back in the Premiership then why not, it would be silly to let a good player sit in reserves if he could improve the league side.
But i think he will leave before he can have a chance to play for us. I could be wrong though

Another poll.......
Top one for me but the preference for me is to get rid if we receive 2.5m or so.

Yes he has talent but so do the other 3 strikers the squad currently have and all 3 of them deserve to put a shirt much more than Camara

That's not the question BWII. It's about should HC stay and what to do with him if he does.

If we are paying him he's too good not to play.<!--

He shouldnt stay and he shouldnt play which is what i briefly put in my original post Essex as i said before everyone goes on about him being a talent and how if he was in this club he should play which i completly disagree with he is a talent yes but i much rather have Ganea, Miller, Seol or even Cort in the team rather than him.
We should sell him or if he cant be sold we should go on to what we said when he first walked out and let him rot in the reserves.

Then that's your view mate and I respect it even if I don't necessarily understand or agree with it.

Treat him like our clubs personal bitch - While he is worhtwile ie producing on the pitch play him as soon as he looses form kick him i to the reserves with the kids.
Sell him in January however it goes...

If he stays, he's (and GH has already said this) got to earn his shirt, as there are players at the club who want to play and stay. Whether i want him to play for us at all is another matter...
Essex Wolf

Thing is Fetishwolf dependant on how wellHCmay or may not play, should he play at all of course, his value could have increased/decreased and if things are going well he might not want to leave anymore???

I've
been thinking about this and it reminded me of the tabloid frenzy over
Gazza after pictures of Sheryl with a black eye were printed. The media
wanted him never to play for england again but the fans wanted him in
the team for his genius, and because england without him had less
chance of achieving their goals, dreams and proper place in the
football elite. Here's an extract from the Guardian review of the man's
career:</span>
Despite Gascoigne's many
failings, we continue to love him, though it has often been a close-run
thing. When Sheryl was photographed with her face black and blue
shortly after their marriage, it seemed he might lose the sympathy of
the public for good. Newspapers demanded that he never be picked for
the England team again. He told us that he had been a monster, that
what he had done was unforgivable - and we duly forgave him.
<br style="font-family: verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">
Anyway,
it occurs to me that if 'we' (the fans) we're prepared to forgive and
forget this surely much greater sin, then perhaps we should be less
hostile towards Camara who's crime, whilst stupid, bares no comparison.
Only a thought. Still think he was a $$$$, but if he plays in old gold
and black and helps us get back where we belong, I'll be cheering til i
lose my voice.</span>

At present over 3/4's of voters are all for him playing if he stays so here's your chance to say your bit.

Hiscrime clearly wasn't against Wolves !
Whilst I do not condone what he did to Sheryl, the photos were proved to be exaggerated and she had people on hand to get them in the press within hours. He was set up good and proper and it was all stage managed, and he fell for it,hook line and sinker. She was and still is a money grabbing bitch who knew exactly what she was doing. smileys/smiley7.gif

Sorry BS, didn't mean to cause such excessive use of the bold functionsmileys/smiley2.gif,
wasn't suggesting the crime was against wolves, and i don't disagree
with your points re the stitch up, was just thinking that as you say -
no-one can candone what he did, yet we all forgave him, largely because
we felt his contribution to the england team's liklihood of success was
critical. That's where i see the parallel, that's all.

AW, I'm tired of hearing the same old guff trotted out at Molineux but I'm still backing the club mate.smileys/smiley2.gif
Thingthat is most interesting at this stage is the high % that would want HC to play should he stay. It has surprised even me.I always knew there would be a few who backed him playing should he remain but that number is far higher than I expected.

The man doesn't deserve to pull on a football shirt (of any sort, let alone the hallowed Old Gold) in any professional capacity again.
I would suggest making use of him in the club shop, but I wouldn't trust him not to steal from the $$$$g till.

Whilst acepting this board is only used by a very small number of Wolves fans I do believe it represents a fairly broad spectrum of our support. As such the fact that nearly 8 out of every 10 feel we should make the most of HC whilst he remains indicates that the benefit of the club is most important.
I've been thinking about this and it reminded me of the tabloid frenzy over Gazza after pictures of Sheryl with a black eye were printed. I'm sorry, but I dont understand. You seem to be comparing apples and oranges.
Gazza beat up his wife. A dispicable thing, but completely unrelated to football. He was just a footballer who did bad things in his private life.
HC on the other hand might do bad things in his provate life, but I have never heard that said. Instead his dispicable behaviour was to his club and his fans. It was completely related.
While he thought that he was leaving he didn't give a $$$$$ and treated the club and fans like dirt.
Now he has particpated in 3 relegations in 4 years, and kicked out of celtic asap he's back - and not treating the the club or the fans in quite such an arrogant way.
It's perfectly clear that he is capable of doing the same again - when he is leaving he doesn't care.
While I can't say that HC is the worst thing ever to happen to Wolves, I can truthfully say this:
HC is my mosted hated Wolves player ever. I hate him for what he did. I didn't want him back. If he plays I will boo him.
Essex Wolf
25-07-2005, 14:25
Your choice lykos but do you honestly think booing any player will help him, the team or the club?
I think he'll be gone soon. Either Fulham or Man City. Boa Morte will go to Newcastle and they may signCamara but i get this feeling Wolves will end up with Robbie Fowler as part of a a deal to take Camara to City. I've read it in the Tea Leaves so it must be true.
