Might as well send him back to Arsenal then....

Sheer arrogance not to start his loan today, typical of Hoddle. I doubt he'd have made much difference anyway, we could make Henry look ordinary.

I dont think he'd have made any difference today - The striker/s got no service at all.

I don't know why you're all so bothered about Ali. Hoddle will only go and play him on the left winghttp://www.molineuxmix.co.uk/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

All this fuss about Ali really has got me complexed, here we are earlier saying hes arrival will start a revolution but like Bowen said given the midfield we got at the moment we could make Henry look ordinary.

Cort, Miller etc all can prove their worth if they have the right service which for the past couple of months i have said we need a midfielder who will give that kind of service, Huddlestone looked to be the answer to this right up until he was either dropped or played in the deep tacking role and all the while we have been saying a striker is the answer the thing is though while he may get his goals it would all be about the service which i dont think we can offer with the likes of Kennedy and Ricketts who are simply crap and Seol who spends most of his time trying to jinx past everyone 4 times in a row

The only midfielders we got that could make a difference is Ince who is leaving in less than 6 months time, Cameron who is sadly looks as if he will suffer the same fate and Davies who while he may be talented is largely inexperienced.
