Just watching the Manure v Scouse game, and you can hear the crowd chanting at Suares, referencing his ban for racism and it got me wondering.

In this pc world we live in where people cannot be discriminated against, is it wrong for Suares to receive abuse for being a racist??

To play devils advocate for a moment, it seems that if people hold beliefs that dont conform with the western way of thinking they can be ridiculed and punished for these beliefs, whereas if someone holds a "western" point of view they are free to demonstrate this any way they see fit.

But arent the crowd wrong to be abusing him as well? Its two wrongs dont make a right territory, and they are lowering themselves to his level by abusing him.

It's not so much his 'beliefs' really is it... simply what is acceptable in his language... just as its completely accepatble for one black American to call another black American a $$$$$$.

If you're experiencing a different culture you should respect it, thats the bottom line really... the UK is far too PC for its own good at times, but if you're in the public eye you've no choice but to respect that or suffer the consequences.
