View Full Version : Mol Mix Pub for the Baggies Match

Edgmond Wolf

Following on from some banter last night, how about us all meeting up for a beer before the Baggies match??

The Wanderer is closest to the ground but as I normally drive and therefore dont drink before the game maybe someone can recommend a venue thats close to the ground where we can all meet up that sells good beer too??

Come on the Wolves

Penk Wolf

You'll have to find one that is open first.

Edit: Just seen Stefan's post.

Usually meet my lot in The Royal Oak, Compton Road.

Yes it does. Forgot the pub but it had an outside part where all Wolves were outside, so instead of paying £4 a pint, got a crate of Strongbow and bottle of Vodka. 2 years back this mind.

Sneaking cans in the ground is more of a challenge, been done though.

So in summary, there does not seem to be a great deal of interest getting together before the Baggies although some members of MolMix will be in various pubs

Sponsors Lounge - Penk Wolf

Stile - Burton Wolf and Ginboomerang

Royal Oak - Seasider

Hatherton - Dewsburywolf

Lady Wulfrun - Woodsetton Wolf and Wolfinstafford

Enjoy the game!

Most don't allow away fans, so it's irrelevant what the police say.

And Burton, if I get prawn sandwiches I will be most disappointed, I will be expecting fillet steak, medium rare with peppercorn sauce.

I only asked cos I was chatting with a lad from Stafford after the Liverpool game. He'd said "He was going to QPR with a few lads from Yorkshire" I saw him at Sunderland last season and he was with a lad who was wearing "Dewsbury Wolves" shirt . So I put 2+2 together and came up with the wrong answer.
