This being the queuefor ST holdersto get their FA Cup tickets when in fact we have a number of days to purchase them.We do have the most docile supporters at times.
No doubt they will soon start winging about how long it has taken them to wait and the phone call costs etc.
Just effin wait, there's no rush.

How many people have they got manning the phone Flitwick? If half of the STH buy by phone (like me, 3 hour journey to Mol and back), then that is 7000, over 6 days is 1167 per day, with the office open 8 hours per day gives 146 per hour...if each call takes 5 mins that means each operator (assuming they work all 8 hours) can process 12 per hour....so they need 12 operators (minimum...no breaks) to deal with this....and that is if we all call like good citizens in an orderly file at regular intervals....otherwise what happens is that you get build ups...so stop having a go at the people who keep this club alive and aim your comments at the moronic mumblings of a person who has not contributed one red cent to this club and earns a fortune out of it who is supposed to ensure the system works.

SOA - The call will take no longer than a minute. And one operator will processaround 40in an hour, not 12.
But hey,let them carry on and bring the system to a grinding halt so no one gets their tickets. That will be better, yes?
