View Full Version : Burton v Wolves Cup Final shiby 18-01-2006, 19:42 Did anyone else go to the Birmingham Senior Cup Final at Burton's old ground (Eton Park I Think) years ago. Can't remember the year, late 80's perhaps. But guess what?, we drew, and had a replay at Molineux brfore we lifted the silverware ! Groan ! Greedy gits were the only none league ground I visited who tried to charge us for going onto their club. We did not bother. Lost 2-1 as well. I wonder if Burton had 11,000 balloon-releasing, jester-hatted 'fans' that day, showing us 'what non league football is all about' |
