Must be hell (http://www.wolves.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=7029)
Reading the above makes me wonder just how bad life must be at the Molineux if Clingan was in tears. Is the club really worse than I thought????smileys/smiley36.gifEdited by: Essex Wolf
I've heard about Clingan's tears from someone from Chesterfield, he
didn't know at that point that his move to Forest would fall through
and was crying because he thought that he was going to play for them.smileys/smiley36.gif

ID, we shouldn't laugh but it's so bloody pathetic I can't help myself.

It would be nice if it was something we had at Wolves Mutchy yes I agree.
Clingans tears are more through having to return to Wolves I reckon than any failure to join Smeggo.Edited by: Essex Wolf

its little wonder he cried. I feel like crying regularly such is the mockery of a club we support.

The Forest move was still on at the time. Clingan had turned in yet another MOTM performance and the Chesterfield fans were showing their appreciation after the match had finished. The Spireite fans rate him quite highly and it was to be his last game before his move to Forest.

Essex, only you can turn a story about how a young player has beeen a success on loan, and is moved to tears by the appreciation shown to him into'Wolves are a terrible club'. His tears had nothing to do with the Wolves/Forest transfer. Nothing to do with the "sorry mess caused by the powers that be". But everything to do with pride, and humility. How????? do???? you??? do??? it???
DW,
to be fair, I think that he was genuinely joking and so was I. The
local sheffield paper, that gets passed off as a local barnsley paper,
report on Chesterfield's games and they explained the situation.
I wonder if Chesterfield might put in a new bid.

Hasn't anyone noticed that players who leave us only ever get quoted in the press as saying...loved the fans, but unhappy with the way things were....such as Butler, rae, etc etc
But still people think everything is great and we have a good management team.......live in the world of dreams.
