I would like to commend Paul Ince for his actions regarding Leon Clarke. He has clearly taken a lead and has done both backing and ticking off Clarke, and acknowledging the fans and the club.
Well done.

Paul Ince is a man manager, thisis why he has always made a good Captain and why he will make part of a good management team. We need to see his tactical awareness to see if he has the all round ability.

I would like to see him added to the ground staff as an assstant manager with Hoddle

well done paulsmileys/smiley2.gif

thing is you see this in all walks of life, youngsters go through the motions without thinking what they are doing. when leon signed for this club someone should have said look at the pros like ince/irwin, look at how they conduct themselves, if you dont know how to deal with a situation ask the senior players what they would do. but when you are young you know it all, not just leon but i bet we were all the same, thats the trouble with being young. instead of certain fans holding grudges against him now for what he has done, they should now respect what ince has said and just keep quiet, leons had his $$$$$$$ing now so lets see if he learns and ups his workrate and keeps his head down and gets on with the job of improving himself as a striker.

Good post OGW, as you say Glasgow Ince should be lined up for something more with us...have felt this for the past couple of years...he is taking his coaching badges, has great man management skills and has got this about right (the fact I said the same thing on a thread before he said it is not important..smileys/smiley2.gif)

He knows that the fans are important to keep on your side and he has not actually publicly slated the player, but more given him advice.

The sooner he becomes our manager the better....or if Hoddle had sense, the sooner he appoints him his assistant the better.
