I know a few members of the old Molineux Mix mentioned last year that there was a special train ticket (I think for 4 people) which was at a heavily discounted price if you travelled from Birmingham Moor Street into one of the smaller London stations. I cant seem to find it on the internet so can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance

Millwall?Ride inarmoured carto New DEn, back up to the turnstyle, watch the match and the wild men on the terraces, re-enter the armoured car at the turnstyle, use flamethrower to clear the way and head back to civilisation!

Loverly place, you'll be made very welcome!

Chiltern Railways and Silverlink do the train deals you are talking about. Also try Virgin as they still do Virgin Groupie tckts I believe.

Once in London you need to head for South Bermondsey but don't bother drinking around there unless you're with a local. Either drink in London CC or get in the ground early as they sell beer inside.

After the match the coppers take you out the back way onto the train station so it aint too bad!!

Didn't even contemplate taking the train. Going on the coach for £16. Hoping this is the easiest and safest option.

Went on train last season and didnt see one Millwall fan after the game. Back to London Bridge safe and sound. Very well policed.

The train is supposed to be a safe option these days as there is a tunnel from the train station straight to the away section so you dont come into contact with any home fans.

Need to get to Bermondsey station mate....a positive 'ambush heaven' for the Millwall mongs....especially on your way out and they can pelt bricks down on you as you head for the entrance up the steps.

I can claim I have stood in the home end of the old Den and shouted for my team....and survived....a lot of their fans are actually great people, unfortunately the element that is not are truly vile, racist, scum.

Went by train last season and drank round Borough... some cracking boozers. Got a taxi from London Bridge straight to the away end and after the game it is that well policed you very rarely see a Millwall fan until London Bridge.

In addition, the membership scheme has stopped a lot of their fans going, so train is no longer the daunting trip it used to be.

The cheap train gets in at Marylebone station, you need to head for London Bridge station (by tube) to get a local train to south Bermonsdey. Plenty of decent pubs around London Bridge, the George used to be a favorite. No colours = no trouble.

If you like a bit of excitement in your life, get the tube to Elephant and castle and catch a bus down the Old Kent Road (no 453, 53, 21, or 172) then a 1/2 mile walk. If you go for this you *must* know where you are going as you will be coming in with the locals with few police.

Couldn't find that exact deal but for those of you interested I found a deal at this link http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/content.php?nID=eDayTicket (http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/content.php?nID=eDayTickets) swhich is £5 from Birmingham to Londonsingles for the Millwall game which is a bit of a bargain!
