After having a DAB for Chrimbo I was hoping to listen to the game via
the digital service. Is this only available locally in Wolvo? I'm in
Burton On Trent so not too far away, but I'm picking up the WM with the
Fulham v Villa commentary.

Any way to pick it up other than log into Wolves World?

I have also got a dab radio, Don't know how to use it but have managed to get the commentary. Don't ask how but I got it in Shropshire.

try channel 11b, daz hale thought that was the channel. I can`t get it in derby. Its part of the qwap digital deal, get this marvelous new technology at a greater cost than what you have and then you find you can`t recieve stations that you could on FM. A load of $$$$$$$ aprt from better reception for AM at night.

Nice one!! Got it by searching through the 11B channel. smileys/smiley32.gif

Frequency is 218.640Mhz if anyone else needs it.

You should be able to pick it up DRA, you're not far away from me (if you are in Derby) and
I'm getting a strong 94% signal quality. Unless you're in an area with poor
reception.

OGW - Nah I do proper research before buying electronics for features
and functionality and I don't buy cheapo stuff. I got a Pure Bug DAB
off Amazon for £110:

Thanks Bear, I`m on the south side of derby, have just tried again with no luck. Mines a Pure Tempus. Radio Leicester is on that frequency.

I like the look of that. What does it have that the cheaper ones don't? I'm buying a DR this week and was going to get one for around 70 quid.
Is it worth paying the extra?

Depends on what you want.

I was just wandering what the differences are?

It has some great features KK. Not only can you pause live radio, but
you can rewind it up to 12 mins, and then record to an SD card as MP2's
which you can then send to your PC via USB to convert to MP3.

You also get an external telescopic aerial to boost signals, the USB
connector can allow you to update the software via the internet, the SD
card slot also lets you to play your own MP3's through the Bug too.
Headphone and digital out sockets are also there as well.

Plenty more info here (http://www.thebug.com/)</span>

Drop me a PM if you need any feedback.
