He's still head and shoulders above any other defender we have, we just expect so much from him.
I thought there were 3 better defenders playing for us tonight
i agree. i thought craddock was the best CB and naylor and edwards had
better games. still we had a clean sheet. 2 in 2 games and 6 for the
season

i too noticed this, we dont actually play with 4 at the back, we have edwards craddock and jo.... then kennedy and huddlstone in front, then naylor doing what he feels like doing down the left.

games and scored 20 goals...that is a striker. I'm sure someone

Miller has the movement & workrate to create space & opportunities for Ganea. Miller/Cort works but too many missed chances. Miller/Ganea would definitely work. Don't think Cort/Ganea would work, as they'd both be waiting for the other to create something. If Miller goes, Ndah/Ganea might be best bet.

average performance until chicken george came on, straight away we looked dangerous and deservedly took the points. derby were clueless and did look dangerous from set pieces, idiakez takes a great free kick/corner, i can see why glenn wanted him. clake was effing and blinding when he came off, dont know whether he as upset at being substituted or because again he missed his chance to show us how good he really is, or maybe he did show us how good he can besmileys/smiley19.gif.

There's just something about Vio. He gets stuck in, he shows he cares,
he's a real cult figure at the club and the fact he wears Bully's no.9
shirt makes him and his goals all the more special.

Apart from his obvious ability, the thing I like about Vio is that he actually looks for fans to go and talk to at the training ground - the guy has got time for everyone. One of the big down sidesof football nowadays is the loss of connection between fans and players.
FF is right....Vio does feel like one of us and obviously adores and appreciates the fans. The football world could do with more with his attitude.

For me last night Ganea looked a little of the pace at times and almost lazyish but when it mattered most he provided the class and finish Wolves have been lacking at times this season.
His touch for TH's goal was superb and the way he took his goal had allthe signs of a top quality finisher.

You'll get that from Ganea outside the box but inside he's like a greyhound , the bloke is a box player and anything in that area he's onto it...

Can't disagee there at all mate. Once in the 18 yard box he comes to life.

In a slightly different way it reminds me of Camerons quick free kick for scotland for Kenny to finish. It is really good to see two players working well together. Last night it couldnt have been a better pass if he had provided it face on from a dead ball situation

Also remember when we got relegated Vio stated he wanted to stay and get us back up, said he liked the club, the fans, the area and the people...always chases and gives 100% and this guy has played in World Cups and is hugely respected in his own country...also believe fans of every team he has played for have always loved him too...just a few managers who have not known how to use him properly.
Love the guy's attitude, his skill and the fact he is a predator.....and we need one of those.....good signing Jonesy. (That was to upset Essexsmileys/smiley2.gif)

Ganea appeared to get a broken nose last night and he just carried on.
I remember once when my nose got broken in the early stages of a boxing
match and it hurt me so much that I wanted to cry, so I admire anyone
that carries on with a broken nose.
I know what Paddy McAloon meant when he said that some things hurt more than cars and girls.

Spot on ID. When I saw the incident at the game just looked like a flaying arm but the TV showed it as Vio getting hit by the blokes leg.
