Did anybody else listen to the Wolfs commentry on Saturday?

Where did they find those two idiots. On two occassions in the 1st half they actually said that we had scored, only to have to back track when our wonderful strikers missed.

This follows on from the Stoke away game when just as Cort scored they lostthe signal. When they did manage to get the signal back they forgot to confirm who had actually scored.

If you want to hear how NOT to report on a football game then this has to be the station. For the rest of us they make Match Of The Day seem high quality.....

They are so depressing to listen to as well. In fact I think I'm going to start travelling to away games from now on. If I have to get depressed I'd rather do it first hand that listen to their twaddle.smileys/smiley6.gif

I had just got in my car and switched the radio on to hear "ball comes accross and its a goal". Was trying to work out who to when he added "oh no the keeper kept it out". I was impressed! smileys/smiley7.gif

Bill and Pete, were far better, and that's saying something.

Commentary was also on WM, I had the Wolf on George goes (losing 1-0 at the time) we dont' want to push too many people on looking to get back into this game, yes beacuse a 1-0 defeat is a cracking result. Turned over to WM, almost instantly, Wolves need to push on here, they might as well lose 3-0 than lose 1-0 as anything less than 3 points isn't really good enough.

Had to put the clowns back on though, WM reception is terrible where I live.

The Wolf commentators strike me as if they don't really know a lot about football let alone Wolves.

It was 3 times they claimed a goal, they also said Oakes had saved Watfords 2nd.

The lad who does the Willenhall match summary on the Wolf is excellent and well informed about the non-league scene.

Don't let Simmo hear you say that - he'll be walking around like a dog with two dicks for the next month! smileys/smiley36.gif
