Sorry if this has been mentioned before but been away from the MM a few days and couldn't see anything at a quick glance.

Anyway Tyson's name has been emntioned a few times now and with Wolves forward options looking quite backwards right now does anyone else think he is worth a go?

At 23 he is the right age and would I imagine only get better.

tyson could be a good addition and there have been rumours about him this week.

we shall see, but I would think we would have to fight off other clubs for his signature.

Only trouble is Essex, he failed at this level before with Reading. So im not sure he is the answer? if we wanted him im sure we'd get him with Gorman being in charge at the other WWFC.

Fair point mate but sometimes a change of club can bring a player along etc.

I'd prefer it ifthe club could go out and buy/sign a proven player at this level but Tyson seems to be the flavour of the week just now.

Never seen him, only know hes top scorer in league 2. Untill ive seen him play reluctant to say we should sign him. however we do need someone. Personally im a big fan of Lee Trundle proven in league 2 now top scorer in league 1, bags of skill scores goals with both feet and looking a lot fitter than last season.

He hasn't exactly failed at this level, when he played for Reading he was in midfield and I dont think he was a regular.

What about Freddy Eastwood, is he any good? Only game ive seen him in was the play-off final, didn't have the best of games, good scoring record though.

Freddy Eastwood is a good shout another player who has stepped up from league 2 to league 1. saw his hatrick the weekend first goal poached a rebound. second tap in from being in the right place. 3rd 25 yard screamer into the top corner.

I've always thought it was a waste that he never got
himself fitter, but this season Trundle has sorted
himself out and is looking trim and sharp...he'll be a
good buy for a team in this league.

He won't leave Swansea because of the personal rights deal he's just negotiated. He won't get that kind of deal anywhere else.

Freddy Eastwood would be ideal and only cost around £500K

He receives a percentage of the profit from any club merchandise with his image or name on (as 95% of Swansea's products have)

Fair play to the little scouser! altho surely what he could earn at wolves would be better than his current deal with or without this percentage agreement?Edited by: Jamboon

We had him on trial from Rhyl about 8 years ago, Clown Lee preferred the option of Emblen upfront instead.

Ha Ha just remebered, did anyone see their mascot "Swanny" (or something equally predictable) getting told off by the chief steward on the championship?!!!

Hilarious!!

Trundle took his goals well to be fair.

Sometimes I wonder if any of you lot know anything that is going on in British football. Kinell my mate who is deaf, blind and clinically insane ( that is why he is my mate ) could have told you Trundle negotiated an image rights deal only recently. SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT.</DIV>

Thats sad. but not as sad as the fact that Emblem was still a better striker than Robert Taylor.

Clarkey's better than both of them. Potentially yes, but in what department? I would like to say finishing but........the only thing i can say is pace, and he doesnt have bags of that. Emblem worked harder, was betterin the air and was a better foil for his partner. Im still hoping Clarke can prove me wrong but i dont think hes as good as Proudlock was when he broke into the team and where is he now!?
