Kenny-11 18-10-2005, 15:03 If he/she is buying........yes. Deutsch Wolf 18-10-2005, 15:05 Which pub? PM me if you are interested Part time fans......did you slap her? She is at college tonight. You can slap her(if you dare) on Saturday I think that would be very dangerous. I'm delicate. I presume you'll be in the Western on Saturday? Kenny-11 18-10-2005, 15:25 Of course. Deutsch Wolf 18-10-2005, 15:29 £2.05 is very reasonable for Stella. Well, it would be if I liked it. Which I don't. Visage Wolf 18-10-2005, 15:30 Wifebeater = dangerous. yammer 18-10-2005, 15:31 On DW's behalf, how much is the shandy? Deutsch Wolf 18-10-2005, 15:32 In line with pub policy, shandy = price of 1/2 pint plus circa 15p for lemonade splash. So probably around £1.20 in this case. I don't think they do Guinness shandy though. Guests 18-10-2005, 15:33 Would you accept £2.76 and a badly scratched copy of the excellent badly drawn boy album "everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask" ? smileys/smiley25.gif paddingtonwolf 18-10-2005, 15:35 I remember as a barman somebeaver asking for guinness shandy - it only took about a decade to pour too. yammer 18-10-2005, 15:35 The man knows his shandy. Might have to try the Western. Is it realy "Great"? Kenny-11 18-10-2005, 15:37 £2.05 is very reasonable for Stella. Well, it would be if I liked it. Which I don't. I might be wrong though..........been a while since I drank Stella at the Western.... Visage Wolf 18-10-2005, 15:41 Does Leedswolf still rule it with an iron fist? yammer 18-10-2005, 15:41 I think the fact the ticket is still up for grabs despite our best efforts at keeping this thread at the top of the board indicates a very low attendance tonight. paddingtonwolf 18-10-2005, 15:42 i reckon 18,400 if we are lucky I.D. 18-10-2005, 15:42 It's near to where the hookers ply their filthy trade. Deutsch Wolf 18-10-2005, 16:15 Added problem - if I walk there and can't find it (and I have got an awful sense of direction), I'm stuck beerless at the wrong end of town. Saturday could be a better option as I've got more time to find it. Easy to find........walk to train station. When train station in front of you, go to your left and into the tunnel with glass doors on the front. walk to end of tunnel and turn right. Follow path at the end of the path the Western will appear before you and ale shall flow. yammer 18-10-2005, 16:23 Sounds a bit far away to me... Visage Wolf 18-10-2005, 16:23 Its a doddle mate - go to the station, take the new subway that goes under the tracks (entrance is at the left end of the station as you approach from town), then follow the path by the side of the tracks - you really cant miss it.... Deutsch Wolf 18-10-2005, 16:23 Sounds like a plan. Deutsch Wolf 18-10-2005, 16:33 Yes. But as I say, I've had my hair cut since then. Kenny-11 18-10-2005, 16:35 You were one of the few Mixers to hang around till the end. You weren't a regular poster back on the old MM or I would have made the feeble link between Deutsch and the Bayern top. yammer 18-10-2005, 16:36 Perhaps he changed his username Stuart?
