With all the talk of Miller going and the lack of action/ability that Ndah, Ganea and Clarke have just wondering who you would sign from a lower league.

Think the best signings are ones that are slightly risky but dont cost much (ala Steve Bull). Was running through top scorers and noticed Fat boy Lee Trundle has 10 in league one and Nathan Tyson has 11 in league 2.

Never seen these guys play, know Trundle has a few tricks but thats about it. Any young decent players worth a shot?

Your budget, 450k.

Well that counts out Tyson and Trundle straight away.

Trundle scored a very good goal at the weekend, also cleverly shephearded the ball across the line because he was technically offside. Looks to have a great "footballing brain" (excuse the cliche) and has also lost some weight which is nice to see!!!!

A MK Dons fan (obviously a rarity!!) I know reckons that Izale Mcleod is $$$$ hot!! apparently couldnt hit a barn door etc in the past but looks a great finisher nowadays.

IF, a £450K punt was possible..Cameron Jerome -Cardiff.

Could a club their size turn down that much money, even though their players are scoring? Especially in todays market.

I'd have said Tyson and can Wycombe afford to turn down a decent offer??

Swansea already turned down a 450 bid for Trundle from the sheff wednesday. No way they'll sell him while theyre looking at getting promoted IMO.

If Hoddle and the Wolves backroom staff can't find a player worth signing, how are we supposed to?

Because we actually look in the divisions below. Something Hoddle doesn't seem to know exists.

Don't really know why we are bothering to discuss such stuff.

Unless a player has gone 30 or a freebie then Wolves won't look at him.smileys/smiley7.gifEdited by: Essex Wolf

Tyson was crap at Reading, Mcleod did nothing at Derby, Fryatt is not hte answer. And Trundle is a show pony who would be found out in the Championship.

Even the global superstar that is Leroy Lita is not earning rave reviews from Reading fans.

Great scoring run, but a level of football that so poor we are talking semi-pro in this country and that means lower than Conference! This means he would be a bigger risk than Kris Boyd (Kilmarnock) that we had a look at when DJ was here.

If you are talking about Izale....he started the season scoring goals was linked with a £1m move to usthen dislocated his shoulder.
