Any chance that there will be any left for general sale? Stan Cutlass 03-10-2005, 10:27 It's got'call the ticket office' written all over it. FetishWolf 03-10-2005, 10:29 Theres always one... yammer 03-10-2005, 10:35 They go on sale Wednesday according to the site. I might get some later today if i can be ar5ed so will post the current situation on here. FetishWolf 03-10-2005, 11:16 Thanks Yammer, I always find it quite difficult to guage the interest from the average Wolves fan especially for the more pretigious fixtures... yammer 03-10-2005, 11:36 Quite suprised by this really. Just ordered 2 tickets (at £24 each incl £2 booking feesmileys/smiley7.gif) and apparently we have about 500 ticketsremaining and are unlikely to ask for anymore. Didn't ask but would assume top. Molineuxmessiah 03-10-2005, 13:51 Quite suprised by this really. FetishWolf 03-10-2005, 14:01 As long as there are two left at 9am on Wednesday Morning I don't care what the ticket office does!! Molineuxmessiah 03-10-2005, 14:28 Just spoken to the ticket office after booking mine and they have said that there is a 90% chance they will ask for more tickets. yammer 03-10-2005, 14:33 Good to see theyre all giving their own opinions! Plenty of time to go and I'd hope to see us sell more but people do seem to be getting fed up with our inconsistency so maybe a few will stay away. FoetalYouth 03-10-2005, 14:37 I bought two from the ticket office prior to the burnley match, they were upper tier. Hod's 80s perm 03-10-2005, 14:42 I bought two from the ticket office prior to the burnley match, they were upper tier. Thanks Foetal, will get mine tomorrow before the AST deadline goes. Sideshow Bob 03-10-2005, 15:03 I see their is a special ladies day price of 10 quid a ticket. Now which one of you is going to borrow a dress for the day in order to save some dosh smileys/smiley2.gif Markwolf 03-10-2005, 15:25 Dont need to borrow one! smileys/smiley36.gif FetishWolf 03-10-2005, 15:26 I see their is a special ladies day price of 10 quid a ticket. London Wolves 04-10-2005, 17:17 200 top tier left then 1000 bottom tier to be sold. Come on you wolves lets have a sell out & cheer the lads on http://www.wolves.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/NewsDetail/0,,10 (http://www.wolves.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/NewsDetail/0,,10307~722987,00.html) 307~722987,00.html arthur williams 04-10-2005, 17:47 How many does the Geffrey Lamb hold? Does this means we have sold a thousand up to yet. (we were initially allocated 2200 but could get more if needed) or does this mean we have asked for another 1000 because we have sold 2000.smileys/smiley5.gif yammer 04-10-2005, 17:55 I take it as we have sold 2,000 at present and will ask for an extra 1,000. Thought the stand held about 5,000 though? I.D. 04-10-2005, 18:34 The stand holds about 5,200, that's 2,700 in the upper tier and the rest in the lower. I can't see the point from Sheffield's point of view in only offering us 1,000 more, if they've got to open both tiers they might as well offer us the lot. It's not like they have a mixed home and away area, like the South Bank. Edit due to getting it completely wrong, maybe we only got 1,700 initially and now we are getting the other 1,000? For what it's worth, if we sell all the upper tier it will be 2500 and then the additional 1000 will be for the Lower Tier. The only explanation I can give is that they put everyone in the centre and then put that protective meshing over the other seats to stop fans getting at each other... I think it could be due to the trouble with Leeds last season. I.D. 04-10-2005, 19:58 Hod's, I can see them having 200 empty seats in the upper tier, but they are going a bit OTT in the lower tier. There will be 1,000 people sitting in the middle and 750 empty seats either side. smileys/smiley5.gif BTW I'm not doubting you, I'm doubting Sheff Utd.'s wisdom. I'm not certain, but it was the only logical conclusion I could come to. I suppose if we sell all 1000 and need more then we'll find out. whitemouse75 06-10-2005, 15:12 just got mine in the lower tiewr, happy days. anyone off to brighton? FoetalYouth 06-10-2005, 15:31 Looks like we'll be taking a fair few, 2400 sold already with at least 800 available for another week and a bit! Visage Wolf 06-10-2005, 15:47 It could just be that by drip feeding tickets they sell more, as people may well be worried about them selling out.....if they say 'Only 100 left' with 2 weeks to go people will buy them, as opposed to waiting until the last minute when other things may get in the way.... |
