Obviously as the last game of the season lots of people will want to listen to the match... anyone know where to listen online?

If in UK, then try Beacon.
If not, go to the Stan James site, where they have guys relaying their commentary from watching a telly in their studio.
Nice people here also offer Skype, if you have it ( I don't). Maybe someone will PM you. Good Luck.

Can anyone explain why I lose Beacon's commentary half way through the first half every time I listen?
The coverage suddenly switches to music - it's very frustrating!

Any help would be appreciated. BTW I'm listening in north Wales online.
