View Full Version : Reliable TV Pub for Saturday
I'm not able to go to the game on Saturday, and I'm not at home either - I'm gonna be stranded in Ipswich.
If wondered whether there's any Suffolk-based members who can suggest a reliable pub to watch the game in - given that there's a prem game on Setanta at the same time and most pubs will have that on ...
Same problem here, I'm gonna be with the kids at Pontins in Prestatyn. Any ideas?

Doesn't Alan Sunderland have a pub in the Ipswich area? Can't remember the name but sure he would have the boys on.

Villa V Man Utd is on Setanta at the same time i'm afraid so that limits options further.

Will be getting on a train back from Scotland, visiting a good friend who has been told he has just two months to live
Puts things Wolves/Mick/Eastwood related into perspective and then some! Wolves will be the last thing on my mind.
There may be an alternative (http://www2.myp2p.eu/broadcast.php?matchid=9115&part=sports)if you can't find a pub or haven't got Sky
You may need Sopcast (http://www.sopcast.org/)installed
Bet the RamEater will moan at you for that link!
But i'm sure some will appreciate it.
Did any of you lot manage to watch it?
I went to a boozer with six TVs the barmaid very kindly let me sit up a corner with my own TV on Sky whilst the rest of the pub watched Setanta.
Obviously I made more noise than the rest of the pub put together when our goals went in.
