what a crap game it turned out to be.

Jerome was a donkey and luke moore offered nothing! derbyshire and campbell who replaced them didnt have enough time to get into things. there was a good atmosphere however created by the england band placed in the southbank.

3 players impressed me however...

dan fox who we were on the verge of signing it seems, very composed and competant left back

adam johnson, fast and skillfull on the left wing, tried to get him on loan from boro!

jamie o'hara - good center midfielder, who if not offered regular football at spurs next season we should definatly be thinking of taking on loan

any thoughts?

The BBC site says the attendance was only 10,000. Is this true?

Really poor game, if only someone had left a ham sandwich lying about in a bin...

The game was crap and i got stucj next to one hell of a annoying little girl so both caerp football and a bad seat not an enjoyable night. To be honest i thought he polish team looked better than us for most of the game they ran the ball very well. Think England did lack a player who could deliver that ball.

I was working tonight so it seems I was lucky not witnessing a load of $$$$e. However, I notice Scott Dann and Daniel Fox (ex Walsall) were involved.. I imagine the Walsall fans are gutted letting 2 players leave for a pittance only to see them go on to gain U21 honours... Personally I hoped we would sign Fox... http://www.molineuxmix.co.uk/vb/showpost.php?p=511362&postcount=47...An excellent left back..
...But I suppose Wolves went for Elokobi who, you'd have thought would also get into the England U21's if eligible...So hey ho..
Dann should have been bought though.. He'll go onto the premiership eventually ... Quality player..

i must admit , i wish i had gone to telford instead and watched the reserves.
walking back to the station was fun though,, 5 albion fans taking the p,,s out of the dingle in front of them ,me, and not a albion scarf in sight.
looks like they have brave boys in civvies as well.
oh well, i'd rather be a dingle than a ,,,,,,,,,,

He's Cameroon isn't he, and in any case he's 22.

I thought Fox looked good, assured on the ball and a very good touch, certainly one of England's better players.

Three U21 games at Molineux and three 0-0s.

It must be the pressure of playing in front of the home fans...

He's from the Cameroon. I am sure I read he doesn't have any British links other than living and playing here.

I was sat in front of two Coventry fans so you can figure out yourself what I got in my ear all night. When I asked if they thought they'd stay up I got an indignant yes and Leicester to go down instead. Shame it can't be both of them

Went for my sins, I was still hearing stupid horns in the middle of my sleep. They should have taken them off the kids on entry.
