According to the Villa site O'Neil is mulling over several loan offers for Cahill this week from Championship clubs and it sounds as if he may let him go out for a few months. Here's hoping its us who gets him although, as has been stated before, Sheff U may be favourites because its his home town club. If we don't get him just hope MM has a second option although its hard to think of another player of Cahill's calibre being available. Could do a very good job imv - right age, plenty of experience in the top flight. Badly needed.
