Does anybody know why this has been moved to Sunday August 19th with a 13.30 kick off? I cant see it in Skys listing to be televised.
Thanks in advance.

Hopefully they have had enough time to restore it from the lake it was. Theres been loads more rain in Yorkshire today though.
I wonder how groundsmen up and down the country are coping with this odd weather?

1 day either way isn't going to make a noticable difference to the pitch.
By the way, what does "yeh nah" mean? I first thought it might mean "yes no" but that wouldn't make any sense at all...Oh, is yeh nah Japanese?

The pitch will be ready in time, they haven't even cancelled the friendly against Birmingham as far as i'm aware.

They haven't cancelled the friendly but certain areas of the ground are still badly affected. The north stand will be shut for the blues match.

An oxymoron if ever I read one.

So what are the rules on this? Remember last season Coventry made us play on a Tuesday despite us playing just 48hrs earlier (against Blooze I think). So why have Wolves accepted the change?

I think these are the rules - if the change in the earlier match is due to TV, then the later match can be rearranged if the team affected requests it (which is what Wednesday have done here). If not, then both teams have to agree the change. The Coventry match followed the Albion game which was moved by the Police, not for TV. Therefore Coventry didn't have to agree to move the match.
I think it's up to the home team aswell. If we were at home we could of moved the games back against Norwich and Coventry but as we were away we couldn't.
