IMAB 26-08-2005, 16:58 Read in this months Soldier magazine that Claridge took his lads (while still Millwall manager) to 3 (UK) Div HQ & Signals Regiment in Bulford to let the Army Physical Training Instructors put them through their paces. As part of this the Millwall lads all completed the Army Basic Fitness test and the fastest 1 and 1/2 mile run time was 7 mins 20 secs. The winner? 39 year old Steve Claridge, so he still has something to offer at that level I'd say.
