I always thought he could have been like Joleon and had a decent career in the Premiership. What went wrong? It appears he found his level in the lower leagues. Signed for the Posh then got stroppy phone calls from Walsall claiming they were going to offer a contract but hadn't got round to it. Presented the trophies to my kids team a week and half a go. That Chump McGhee didn't fancy him though. Saying that, if he was good enough he'd probably have been snapped up when he was getting rave reviews at Hartlepool. Either that or he was just unlucky. I always rated him though. |
