Do you think it will be completed this week?
Last tuesday our potential new owner said it should be completed within 7 to 10 days, that takes us upto friday.
I really hope it is all done and dusted this week, it's doing my head in now.

It will happen within the next week. If it wasn't, we wouldn't have even signed Jarvis or Ward.

Don't hold your breath. From bitter experience, once lawyers are involved, in this instance unravelling complicated trust funds, they will spin it out for as long as they can to serve their own interests & line their own pockets.

I resent that. Why are people allowed to get away with saying that in such a prejudicial way against lawyers on the grounds of what they do for a living when they wouldn't dream of such a comment about a race or a sex?

Get yourself a good lawyer and sue him then.

All my experiences with lawyers have been negative, i've found them to be lazy, ill-informed, patronising, self-interested, money grabbing *******.

You can't chose your race or gender and so should not be discriminated against because of it. No-one however, is forced to become a grredy scum sucking $$$$ head oxygen thief of a lawyer. Therefore to be critised for the free choices you have made in life is quite right and proper.

Two entirely different things. Like pharmaceutical companies in relation to the NHS, or Jihadists to democracy, lawyers are totally parasitical.
