Inland Revenue do not exist - have been HM Revenue and Customs for a couple of years now
Otherwise - Great news! Hope they make sure this ***** is never allowed near a football team again in his life.

I think this could see them go under - not sure the administration deal will stand up to this. HM government aren't usually inclined to launch speculative court cases.

You've got to admire the old rogue. Make dirty Leeds bankrupt, take over the club again at very little cost and then offer the tax man 1% of the tax owed.

This may not be the right forum to state this,but I do not want ANY club to go under.
I am NOT a fan of LUFC,not at all..but I still hope they make it.
Remember,we were in similar situations in the 80`s.
No club nor its fans deserve it.

Trouble is not ALL their fans are baby eating monsters. As already pointed out we were in a mess not too many years ago and to be fair we do also have our share of wimabigclub fans.

I think you've hit the nail on the head. The reason I hate teams like Leeds, West Ham and Man City is because of the wimabigclub syndrome. That and the fact they always seem to get things on a plate and wiggle out of any difficulties whereas other clubs have to struggle on.

I can't abide Leeds having lived up there during their big spending period and listening to their fans droning on and on. But I remember 1982 and 86 all too clearly and what losing our football club would have meant and as such wouldn't wish that on West Brom let alone Leeds!

It would be a terrible crime if Leeds were not still around to hate. Life would go stale, bland & less full of joy when they experience pain. Bring back Blair on the same grounds!
