I dunno - some of the stuff on there is alright. Depends on the journalist writing it I find.

Judging by this statement: "Rosa is known for his barn storming runs into the opposition penalty area" it's not very reliable.
Average Championship player IMO. Ģ50,000 will be a good deal.

They don't have journalists, per se.
Just schoolchildren and retards with too much time on their hands.

Didn't know you did articles for them.

I know, but it was an open goal. I couldn't leave it. Sorry.

It was an open goal with the ball six inches out and the goalkeeper stranded!

One of the few minor disappointments from last season was Rosa never getting a run out.
I m sure he coul've offered us more than Ricketts in the 20 or so games he featured in.

Rosa was injured most of the time Rohan the Wonderchav was playing. He started the season injured, got fit and played v Chesterfield and got injured again. By the time he was fit we had added McIndoe, Kightly etc to the squad

Fair enough then I suppose.

Also Mick said he didn't think Rosa could play in the system we played.

I must say I liked Rosa on the few occasions he played. I don't buy all this stuff about 'can't play in our system' - makes it sound as if you have to have a PhD to understand MM's methods. More likely they just don't get on.

Maybe, maybe not, but he is now surplus to requirements. One of Hoddle's better signings, but he is way behind Olofinjana, Potter, Henry, Davies and Gleeson in the centre of midfield, and with Kightly, Gobern, McIndoe, Jones and A.N.Other (?) out wide his chances were going to be very few and far between.
Better off getting some money in for him, and saving some on his wages. Good luck though, and not good riddance.

Another damning indictment.

I like some on here did rate Rosa, shame he got injured last season. He can still do a good job in this division, if Watford do sign him and he stays injury free they got a decent player for free!

if he stays injury free
He was injured for about two months of the four month spell he spent on loan under Hoddle, and then picked up numerous injuries last season. I'd say it's unlikely.
Remember, this is a guy who couldn't get in Cheltenham's team or our reserves by the back end of the season.

If you're judging him on his games for Wolves then maybe not, but he wasn't given much of a chance. It was pretty evident from what I saw that he covered more of the pitch than most of his team mates - was full of running.
Average Championship player IMO. Ģ50,000 will be a good deal.
I guess we'd take what we can get, but a fully fit Rosa who had a few first team games behind him would be worth considerably more IMO.

Rosa always looked pretty bright and lively in a Wolves shirt... and scored a couple of goals if I remember rightly.
Admitedly the season under 'The Chin' was SO dire we were looking for any positives we could find but I think Rosa was one of the only highlights in an appaling season.
I guess his face simply didn't fit with Mick... shame but there you go.. we have 'younger and hungrier' (ouch) players here now.
As DW says - Rosa couldn't get a game for Cheltenham so we probably shouldn't concern ourselves too much.

Something doesn't fit with this. Clearly, Rosa and MM have a problem. He looked a good player to me.
In the reserve matches from two years ago he flattered to deceive. Runs about a lot and looks lively but no end product. Get him off the wage bill.

Or the Gaffer had already made his mind up and had higher priorities.

I was all for us signing Rosa back then.
Looked solid enough IMO-but has failed to impress since.
He ainīt a bad footballer, but he needs to move on.

That's the truth. He isn't as good as what we have and hasn't made a real impact. Didn't do the business at cheltenham either which is league 1.

Rosa was quite nippy with good positional sense, but in truth he was too lightweight to hold a role in the centre of midfield. Additionally his late off-the-ball runs from MF were his strength but not sure you can justify playing him for 90 mins on that alone.
