And the mother-of-three has even postponed a family holiday in Spain to be at the Championship play-off final against Derby County.
She will be accompanied at the match by sons Will, aged 18, and Tom, 16, who work part-time at the club shop and have to put in a couple of hours’ graft behind the tills on Monday morning before setting off for Wembley.
Alison will be driving a minibus to London with 17 on board including her sons and fellow club shop staff.
She said: “The boys have to work between 7am and 9am as the shop will be open, selling to the fans arriving at the ground to catch the coaches. But as soon as they’ve finished, we’ll be off.”
The family from Halesowen have festooned their Mucklow Hill home in blue and white bunting, scarves, inflatable balls and a massive ‘Come On You Baggies’ poster.
The decorations went up for the first leg of the play-off semi-final against Wolves when the family threw a party in their back garden showing the game on a big screen, and have stayed up since.
And Baggies paraphernalia will be in no short supply on the minibus.
Alison said: “We’ve got flags, scarves, hats, Baggies tops, beach balls, we’ve got the lot.”
The family don’t plan to spend their money on Wembley’s infamous £8 burgers but Alison’s hopes of having a Wembley barbeque may well be dashed because of the weather.
“We had planned to bring a barbeque with us but with rain forecast, it could turn out to be very soggy. I’m packing a few sandwiches instead.”
School nurse Alison and the boys will join husband Andy and their youngest son Ed, 14, in Spain for what is left of their half-term holiday later in the week.
