"The Lord's My Shephard" Always wondered why FFS do the inbreads sing that bloody song, It make me laugh that when at their place one minute they're threatening to tear your F$$$$$'n head off then they turn into a bunch of choir boys .....always wondered Why ???

I can't get my head around this either??? Asked the in-laws (tesco home and away STH's) and I got "pastures green.... represents the football pitch"!
What??? If that's true, what a **** excuse to use a hymn as your club's football song! Really sums them up doesn't it!

I don't know how I know this (but I do hate myself for knowing it), but the story goes that somebody found a hymn book in a pub before a match and they took it to the ground and sang some hymns.

A few months back someone wrote in 'When Saturday Comes' that it was something to do with the protestant/C of E divide in the black country. I was born and bred in Wolverhampton, been watching Wolves /Albion derbies for over 45 years and never heard of that before. Total rubbish .
