Going to be a tough one..... Destination in our own hands.....So far so good from Mick - We would have bitten his hand off at the start of the season to be in this position.....I think he wins both ways - young side dont think we would be too disappointed if we dont make it...he needs time to build - would be sad to see brrrrrrrrreen go if we do go up though......cant see him competing against the likes of ronaldo, drogba! Well done Mick...come on...take us up and leave the $$$$$ behind!!!:D

What a fortnight in prospect. Mick has done a superb job, no matter what the result in the play-offs its been a great season.
Just announced on WM that we will get the whole Smethwick End at Albion.:D

Albion beat (thrashed) a weakened Barnsley side (how do Stoke & Preston fans feel about that, I wonder?) but 4-1 away is just as good. This match will be decided on refereeing decisions, probably, or penalties in front of the Brummie Road end.
I predict Matt winning it for us on pens yards in front of the massed ranks of Bennies!

The Albion are still favourites and will be under more pressure. They expected to finish in the top two whereas we are delighted with our finish and I'm pretty sure the squad know that we supporters will be 100% behind them even if we don't manage to get to Wembley and despite the huge disappointment that would be.
Having beaten us twice as well they will expect to win over two legs, however we have a very different team and who can forget what happened when our new kids on the block played them in March.
Will be seriously tense and stressful but bring them on!

I can already see it going to penalties

No we won't, we will only get about 2700 which is 10% of their capacity to match the percentage of tickets we are giving them
When we won the play offs in 2003 we finished 5th with 76 points and our last game was aginst..... Leicester
