Overated:</span> Greame Souness- god
knows how he ever got a job at with the toon, a big step backwards from
Sir Bobby. Always seems to pick a fight with any player who has the
slightest difference in opinion to him.

Underated:</span> Sam Allardyce, has
done wounders at Bolton, always manages to get in quality players on a
shoe string budget. I think Nakarta is a very good acquisition for the
club. Would love to see him doing the job for us one day in the future.

I wouldnt say he's under rated, he gets more than enough praise - Which he deserves.

Under-rated: Paul Jewell - gets a bit of praise but not nearly enough IMV. Add Nigel Worthington to this list too - very shrewd manager. Have loads of respect for Martin O'Neill too. Hope he gets back in the game asap.

I don't rate any manager as they seem to be the least loyal of any outfit.

Sven is also well overpaid IMO.
Underrated - Burley, Moyes, Jewell, Worthington, Benitez, Jol, O'Leary.
Overrated - Sven, Megson, Eriksson, Souness, Sven, DJ, Eriksson, Strachan...oh yeah, and Sven goran Eriksson!

Anyone for Steve McLaren on the Midds gravy train. Kenny Dalglish, more
shrewd for being in the right place at the right time than building
long term. Arthur Cox, always spoken highly of but I could never
understand why judging by results.
Underated I would say the likes of Mee and Billy Nic who quietly went about their business with Arsenal and Spurs.
Over-rated:Glenn Hoddle, Gordon Strachan, Terry Venables.
